Years ago, when I was in college, I was visiting family and a relative gave me a professional massage that changed my life. I got off the table and thought to myself, “this is how everyone should fee!” I called my parents and after a few long discussions, my journey into the world of massage therapy began.

I cherish the bond with my clients and creating a safe, relaxing space. Each session eases their tension, pain, anxiety, or depression, offering comfort and support. This inspires me to provide kind, personalized care. To help them return to doing what they love after struggling with pain or anxiety for so long is very rewarding.

I received my massage license in 1993 and I believe it’s important to continue investing in my education and myself. To always continue learning and growing with my profession. Some of the modalities are Zero Balancing, CranioSacral therapy, Reiki, and LuminEssence Facelifting massage. A combination of techniques are used to ensure the best experience and result at every massage treatment. Clients have said that my massages are ‘very different’ than others they have had.

My favorite things to do are spending as much time with my family as I possibly can. My loving and supportive husband, Jason, and our three amazing and charismatic children, two boys and a girl. We also have two dogs and two cats!

I am a Nationally Board certified therapist, member of the American Massage Therapy Association and a Certified Zero Balance Practitioner. Holding current licensure in Maryland, Florida, Virginia, and Indiana, my focus is on my clients' holistic wellness.

My focus is primarily Zero Balancing and Restorative massage

Zero Balancing can help relieve body aches and pain, release restrictions in movement, and provide lasting relief from emotional distress to improve overall quality of life. Zero Balancing can also be helpful with specific goals such as relief from back pain, improving concentration or sleep, releasing unwanted stress, eliminating old behavior patterns, or boosting well-being. Zero Balancing works in conjunction with medical therapy and is not a substitute for it.

Restorative Massage is a holistic and individualized massage that focuses on restoring balance to the entire body, mind, and spirit through a blend of relaxation, deep tissue work, and stretching techniques. Its goal is deep relaxation and overall rejuvenation to relieve stress, muscle tension, and minor injuries, leaving you feeling refreshed, balanced , and well.
