Ashi-Thai is a therapeutic massage technique combing Ashiatsu (barefoot massage) with traditional Thai yoga stretching. I use overhead bars for balance to apply deep, targeted pressure with my feet, offering deep tissue benefits and, and flexibility enhancements while the client remains fully clothed on a table.

What to Know Before a Session

  • Dress: Clients are required to wear loose, comfortable clothing (leggings, sweatpants, long or short sleeved t-shirt).

  • No oils are typically used in this modality.

  • Experience: It feels like a mix of deep tissue, massage and assisted stretching, often described as a "full-body, recalibration".
